What fitness level is required for the hiking tours?
Our South Rim Hiking Tour is designed for moderate fitness levels — comfortable walking on uneven terrain for 4–6 hours. We do offer shorter scenic walks suitable for all ages. Please inform us of any physical limitations when booking so we can recommend the best tour for you.
What should I bring on a tour?
We recommend sturdy closed-toe shoes, sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), a refillable water bottle, light layers for temperature changes, and a camera. For overnight or rafting tours, we provide a detailed packing list upon booking confirmation.
How do I book a tour?

What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date. Cancellations within 48–72 hours receive a 50% refund or a free reschedule. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Weather cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.
Are the tours suitable for children and families?
Absolutely! Our Scenic Rim Viewpoint Tour and Stargazing Camp-Out are especially popular with families. Children under 12 receive a 20% discount. For the Colorado River Rafting tour, participants must be at least 8 years old and able to swim. Our guides love sharing the canyon's wonders with young explorers!
Is transportation to the Grand Canyon included?
Most tours begin at the South Rim Visitor Center, which is not included in the tour price. We partner with several shuttle services from Flagstaff, Williams, and Las Vegas — ask our team for current schedules and pricing when you book. The Helicopter Tour includes hotel pick-up from select Grand Canyon Village properties.
